How do I book my getaway? 

Booking is easy! For hotel and resort getaways, visit book.bluegreenvacations.com, and we will walk you through it. For Resort Explorer, call (888)556-6540 to speak with a Vacation Specialist. Available Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST (subject to change).

Is the hotel or resort getaway I purchased flexible? 

Yes, you can visit book.bluegreenvacations.com to see about extending your stay or if upgraded accommodations may be available (additional fees apply). Modifications are subject to availability.

What if I need to modify my travel dates or destination? 

For hotel or resort getaways, you may modify your booked reservation by visiting book.bluegreenvacations.com.  For Resort Explorer, you may modify your booked reservation by calling (888)556-6540. A modification fee may apply. Modification requests are subject to availability. 

When will I attend the sales presentation and tour?

Your sales presentation and tour day and time will be assigned upon arrival at your check-in location. For Resort Explorer, the sales presentation and tour is required during your initial stay if you are dividing the total nights into multiple stays.

What can I expect when I attend the sales presentation and tour?

You can expect a first-hand look at Bluegreen Vacations without pressure, hassles or stress. A timeshare sales presentation and tour lasting approximately two hours will introduce you to the advantages of timeshare ownership — and how Bluegreen Vacations can enhance your vacation experiences.

Where will I be staying? 

Unless otherwise stated on your Acceptance Form and purchase confirmation email received from Bluegreen Vacations, our Hotel Getaways include accommodations at independently owned and operated area hotels at your chosen destination with a minimum TripAdvisor® Traveler Rating of 3 bubbles. Our standard hotel getaway accommodates two adults and two children. Upgraded accommodations may be available in select destinations and may have accommodations for two adults and up to four children (additional fees apply). You may inquire about possible upgrades when you book online or by phone. Upgraded accommodations are subject to availability.

Who is required to attend the sales presentation and tour?

If married or living with a significant other, the couple is required to attend the sales presentation and tour together.

Are there any travel date restrictions with the Resort Explorer vacation?

Keep in mind, only one reservation is permitted between May 15th through August 15th due to very limited availability.

Can I book more than one room at a time with the Resort Explorer vacation?

You may reserve up to two units per stay based on availability; however, the two units will count as two separate stays with regard to the total nights that accompany the Explorer vacation.

What does the Resort Explorer Equity Credit mean?

During your vacation, you’ll learn about the advantages of vacation ownership. If you decide to purchase a Bluegreen Vacation Club® interest, you will receive an equity credit, which means 100% of the purchase price of your vacation package will be applied toward the down payment for your ownership in the Bluegreen Vacation Club®. Equity credit is available only on the date of the timeshare sales presentation.
